Since the beginning of the 2020s, the world has been rocked by crises: the Covid-19 pandemic, war in Ukraine, and economic downturn. All this has happened against a backdrop of cultural, moral and spiritual confusion and decline,   especially in the Western World. By viewing these events through the lens of the Bible,  especially its teaching on divine judgement, Paul Yeulett attempts to make sense of current events by asking two questions: Is God acting in judgement? How should Christians think, act and speak at a time like this?

This book is grounded in the experience of  present events but also takes a long-term view of history and does not shy away from asking tough questions which challenge many assumptions about life and death, church and nations, wealth and poverty, gender and the environment. It concludes with a chapter written in response to the Israel-Gaza conflict.

Time For Judgement is a timely, relevant, engaging, thoughtful, passionate plea from a “Watchman” (Ez 3:17) for       Christians, and non-Christians, to take seriously.’

Ian Hamilton, President of Westminster     Seminary UK

‘Biblical wisdom is the ability to discern the times according to the fear of God. In his book, Time For Judgement, Paul Yeulett provides this very thing with a penetrating look at various crises in our current times through a biblical lens.’

Gavin Peacock, Pastor at Calvary Grace Church, Canada, and former professional footballer in the English Premier League

‘Among the growing number of post-pandemic Christian reflections of the early 2020s, this is one of the best.’

Rev. Dr Thomas Brand, EFCC (Evangelical   Fellowship of Congregational Churches)     Ministry Director and Affinity Chairman
