Down from His Glory
Down from His Glory
The Christian world is celebrating the birth story of Jesus Christ but very few are praising God for Him. Their tribute is given to cake and wine with added bird (turkey!) and, if given at all, it is given to a fat man with a white beard in a red costume! Atheism and Secularism have taken hold of the nation and thus the Good News story of the Incarnation and birth of our Redeemer is not regarded by most as worthy of praise. However, the heavenly angels who appeared to the shepherds the night of Jesus’ birth thought differently.
They were conscious of the glory and eternal realities involved and thus sang in cohort unison: ‘Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!’ (Luke 2:14).
This booklet will help you to tell the story of God becoming man that we
might become the children of God.
